Mission Statement

The mission of the Liturgy Committee is to assist the pastor and other members of the clergy in facilitating communication between all committees, sub-committees, ministries and services associated with the celebration of the various liturgies within or involving the parish. To that end, it is responsible for promoting optimum support and active participation by all the parishioners. The Liturgy Committee will coordinate the planning and execution of the liturgical year. Additionally, the Liturgy Committee is responsible for helping to educate those associated with the liturgy in the proper understanding of their roles. In conjunction with the directives of the Archdiocese, the Liturgy Committee will assist the clergy of the parish in facilitating the implementation of the General Instruction of the Roman Missal.
