 Obituary for Anthony S. Kuczinski - April 14, 2020

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Anthony S. Kuczinski age 90, living in Doylestown PA, who died peacefully on Tuesday, April 14, 2020. 

Anthony S. Kuczinski was born on March 2,1930 in Wilkes Barre, PA, now joins his wife,Cecelia Kuczinski, deceased in heaven. He is survived by his 10 children and their spouses, his son, Bruce (wife Menna) Kuczinski, his eldest daughter MaryAnne Christopher (husband Thomas), son Matthew (wife Rosie) Kuczinski, his son Vincent (wife Cathy) Kuczinski, son Anthony J. (wife Janice) Kuczinski, son Michael T. (wife MaryAnn), daughter Cecelia (husband Matthew) Gavinelli, son Gregory P. (wife Carol) Kuczinski, son Scott G. (wife Dolores), son John K. (wife Theresa) Kuczinski.

Anthony is also survived by his 23 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren. He leaves behind his only living sister Dolores Staniszewski. His sisters-in-law, Dolores (Dee) Kuczinski and Janet Panetta.

His 14 nieces and nephews, their spouses, and his many great nieces and nephews whom he loved them all. 

Anthony Kuczinski resided most of his years in Brooklyn. Losing his dad at a young age he became the father figure for his siblings. He married his wife Cecelia Rizzutti in 1950. He served in the U.S. Marines but then was honorably discharged due to the birth of his first born son and the death of his Father.

He went on to work as a member of  the NY Port Authority Police. Later, he owned a Deli in Brooklyn. The neighborhood loved him. The last job he held until retirement was for P. Chimento Trucking Company as a Platform worker. He was devoted to his faith, and was a current parishioner of Our Lady Of Guadalupe in Buckingham, PA.

He was a Fourth Degree Sir Knight for Knights of Columbus since the 1970’s. He was a member of the Holy Name Society since the 1960’s.
